VOICE- Volunteers Organizational Initiative for Community Empowerment is primarily an awareness generating and capacity building organization. It was born from collaboration of initiatives taken by enthusiastic souls coming from varied social and professional backgrounds! Located in East Delhi, VOICE asserts at individual empowerment and sustainable development and hence, we target our interventions towards same.

We at VOICE firmly believe that Education, the Surrounding Environment and level of awareness towards Social issues play instrumental role in shaping a personality and no country can walk towards development with hollow personas! We, therefore work towards these personality shaping determinants-
Education; Environment; Social Awareness.

VOICE was formed when various minds collaborated with each other. This collaboration has helped us in evolving over years. We cherish this collaboration and value every helping hand. This has resulted in our fourth domain- Capacity Building whereby VOICE lends a helping hand to the partner organization and work for their holistic development.
