CAPACITY BUILDING
: Through capacity building domain VOICE aims at holistic development of other grassroots organizations. From developing ingenious solutions to raising funds, VOICE partners with these organizations and helps them in developing each and every aspect.
Capacity building begins with VOICE collaborating with an organization. Post collaboration VOICE starts by developing content for the partner organization. After the content, VOICE focuses on fund raising and capacity building of team. After this, VOICE in collaboration with partner organization’s team develops ingenious solutions for them.
What makes VOICE distinctive is its approach! We believe that each organization is different. Having their own story of hope, struggle and survival, no two organizations can be alike and hence, we design customized solutions for each organization! Through our Capacity Building domain we endeavour at upbringing every unique story as our aim is to make each organization poles apart from the other.
